To assist the Security Manager in the management of Security department and personnel, in compliance with the Provincial Gaming Commission, and other applicable municipal, provincial and federal laws and regulations. Assist in maintaining good public relations with patrons and employees. Comply with safety and security standards of the corporation while orientating staff to operations and complying with pre-determined internal control procedures. The Security Shift Manager is responsible for the administration and day-to-day management of security supervisors and staff and operation of the department.
