Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily deployment duties and specified tasks at different duty points.
- Smile & greet all incoming and exiting patients/visitors.
- Assist to open/close arriving/departing vehicles at the front lobby.
- Provide proactive assistance to arriving/departing patients/visitors (wheelchair, trolley etc).
- Assist in taxi call services and wheelchair/portering coordination.
- Ensure smooth flow of vehicles on the road, carparks and coordinate taxi flow and service.
- Assist in efficient running of, and in all matters relating to car park management.
- Ensure and administer key, card access control & administration and contractor management (pass issue).
- CCTV review and recording.
- Incident management (e.g. fire, emergency activation).
- Attend to Code Black triggers (violent patient, crowd control, suicide, crime etc).
