Job Summary:

Providing security in/around the hospital, facilities, campus, ancillary clinics and parking structures. Concentrates on the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff. Responding immediately to various levels of dispatch calls as a visible deterrent, investigating unusual circumstances, assisting with de-escalation, and security enforcement. Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

1 year of security experience or equivalent.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

Proof of training in Froedtert-approved DAAT (Defense and Arrest Techniques) course within previous three years or the ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire is required which includes de-escalation training.
