Purpose of the Role

To assist with the smooth running of the shopping Centre and to assist with all emergency situations when they occur. This includes providing visible security cover to the Centre, actively patrol the Centre mall including the service corridors and the perimeter when required, handling enquiries and customer concerns, monitoring CCTV (by suitably trained and licensed staff) and controlling contractors and deliveries to the Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• To work the hours and shifts in accordance with conditions of employment. Shift pattern follows (4 days on, 2 days rolling shift pattern): Day 1: 06:00 - 15:00, Day 2: 09:00 - 18:00, Day 3: 11:00 - 20:00 & Day 4: 15:00 - 03:00. Sunday's hours are 8hour shifts between 08:00 to 03:00.
