SUMMARY Ensures customer and workers safety while promoting a work environment that is positive, service oriented and compliant with established policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations/ordinances. Responds to emergency situations as directed and according to policy. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide friendly greetings and interactions to those entering the store. Conduct required identification check on each customer who enter the premises in accordance with the standards set forth in applicable laws and regulations. Ensure that customer admittance to the store is limited to those individuals 21 years or older. Monitor interactions to maintain a peaceful and safe atmosphere both inside and outside the store including the parking lot. Observe and report all incidents and safety hazards to management and recommend any needed improvements.
