Security Engineer - CCTV & Temporary Barriers

Location

Field-based across project sites (with travel to the Warwick depot)

Responsibilities

• Install and commission IP/analogue CCTV (cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS, PoE switches, wireless links, cabling, containment, power).
• Deploy and configure rapid/mobile CCTV towers (mast setup, solar/battery/generator integration, 4G/5G routers, VPNs, remote access).
• Install temporary barriers and hoardings (including surface‑mounted or anchored solutions) per method statements and site layout drawings.
• Configure video analytics (motion, line crossing, intruder detection), camera fields of view, focus/iris, and recording retention.
• Label, document, and handover with as‑built diagrams, IP addressing plans, and O&M packs.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) – visual inspections, firmware updates, function tests, replay validation, UPS...
