Security Director
STGi is seeking qualified candidates for this position in connection with an active Request for Proposals (RFP). Hiring for this role is contingent upon STGi’s selection as the successful awardee.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
+ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard the nursing home facility against potential threats, unauthorized access, and security breaches.
+ Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and implement proactive measures to mitigate security risks.
+ Supervise security personnel, including security officers and guards, to ensure compliance with security protocols, regulations, and standards.
