Security Coordinator

Security Coordinator assists the Supervisors in managing the daily operations of the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage Reporting
  • Assist with department records for incident reports.
  • Ensure student supervisor reports are correctly written and compliant with standards.
  • Ensure follow-through on reports submitted to the Security Department.
  • Collect and store all incident media (photos, videos, electronic documents) on the network.
• Coordinate Daily Shifts and Special Events
  • Help coordinate with other departments to provide security services for daily and special events.
  • Prepare the shift for special duties such as gate/building opening and closing and sign and cone setup.
  • Assist in managing student workers through quality assurance of security services for all events.
