Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Switches, and VPNs to detect IT security incidents.
- Correlate and analyze events using SIEM tools such as Splunk, LogRhythm, or QRadar.
- Conduct log file analysis and forensic analysis of system resource access.
- Follow operational procedures to analyze, escalate, and assist in the remediation of critical security incidents.
- Respond to inbound technical assistance requests within documented SLAs.
- Document all actions in cases to ensure effective communication with internal teams and customers.
- Maintain high awareness of the current threat landscape and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Work in a rotating shift pattern within a 24/7 operating environment.
- Must be an Emirati national with a family book.
