The Security Administration Associate is primarily accountable in administering the system security controls of UCAG owned systems (GL Walker, E-proc and GDES) to safeguard information and ensure accurate, fair and timely financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Processes and implements creation/deletion/update of user access for UCAG owned systems
• Acts as checker for Security Admin Associate 2 user access setups/updates made in the system
• Checks completeness and correctness of information/data provided in user ID requests, including authorized approver(s) prior to effecting updates in the system
• Performs monthly clean-up of user access (RACF vs UID vs HR Alphalist) for UCAG owned systems
• Monitors and sends follow up emails for unresponded quarterly user access reconfirmation requests
