**Role Overview**

This is an intermediate-level management position for an experienced leader who will guide a team in managing the processing of securities and derivatives orders and transactions. The primary objective is to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence within the Transaction Services team.

+ **Operational Resolution & Expertise:** Address and resolve complex settlement issues, acting as a subject matter expert. Interpret policies and guidelines, escalating critical issues as necessary.
