Job Description

We are looking for an experienced people manager who can proactively supervise teams, support operational performance against SLA and KPI requirements, and drive efficiencies through effective day-to-day management of frontline delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervisory management of KAN front-line Cleaning Placemakers.
  • Support direct and indirect account teams with general cleaning and service delivery queries.
  • Proactively manage teams to ensure all client SLAs are met and placemakers remain fully compliant.
  • Work in collaboration with the OSC job management team to deliver performance in line with contractual SLA/KPI requirements.
  • Conduct planned visits with each placemaker, ensuring a minimum visit frequency of every six weeks.
