Full‑time Section Manager – Womenswear (Mount Maunganui)

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performance sales team in the Womenswear department.
• Drive sales and targets, ensuring consistent over‑achievement.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Natural leadership qualities with experience in retail (preferred).
• Strong sales orientation, passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Available to work Sunday to Thursday 8:30 am–6:00 pm and public holidays as required.
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa.
