About the Role: The Section Manager – Bakery is responsible for managing the bakery section in the retail store. This includes overseeing production and display of baked goods, ensuring product quality and food safety, supervising staff, and driving sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise daily operations of the bakery section.
• Ensure proper preparation, baking, packaging, and display of products.
• Monitor freshness, quality, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Manage stock levels of raw materials and finished products to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and packaging materials.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
