Job Description
We are looking for a professional Arabic Speaking Secretary to provide administrative, clerical, and coordination support to the management/team. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, well-organized, and capable of handling correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and office coordination. Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks. Prepare, draft, translate, and manage Arabic and English correspondence. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. Maintain office files, records, reports, and confidential documents.
