  • Je staat in voor een efficiënt en klantvriendelijk onthaal van patiënten op de dienst plastische heelkunde.

  • Je bent samen met andere collega's het aanspreekpunt voor transgenderpatiënten.

  • Je maakt afspraken voor consultaties in de elektronische agenda. Je annuleert of verplaatst afspraken..

  • Je bereidt de dossiers voor van de patiënten, je verzamelt alle nodige informatie over de patiënt. Bij het inschrijven van patiënten zorg je dat alle informatie up-to-date is. 

  • Je beantwoordt binnenkomende telefonische oproepen, verstrekt de correcte informatie of je verbindt, indien nodig, oproepen door. 

  • Je staat in voor de input van administratieve gegevens van patiënten. Je vult formulieren en documenten in.

  • Je staat mee in voor de organisatie van het onthaal en de orde en netheid van de consultatieruimtes. Je streeft naar een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.
