An employer in San Diego, CA is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join the team on a large Navy contract. This specialist will be providing information technology troubleshooting support for customer technical issues onsite. The main responsibilities of the role will be centered around handling 4-11 tickets a day involving issues with laptop, desktop, printer, phone, and other technical equipment in person with the customer, so strong communication skills and a deserve to provide customer service support is necessary. Additional duties include assist information engineers in coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects.
