Insight Global is looking for a Program Support Assistant to work onsite at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, MI for one of their government contracting clients. They will be responsible for providing administrative support in compliance with policies and regulations, including gathering information, preparing reports and correspondence, and responding to inquiries. Maintain personnel records, time and attendance, payroll, and inventory, while tracking status updates and documenting meeting minutes. Use Microsoft Office and SharePoint to manage data, generate reports, and support daily operations. Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and visitor requests, and process travel in DTS while managing attendance in ATAAPS. Support operations by consolidating briefing materials, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and security requirements.
