Secondary Supply Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately. Duties

• Deliver engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum following provided plans
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Assess and record pupil progress where required
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners
• Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to the wider school community
