**Job Summary:**

**onsemi** is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Reliability Lab team. As a Senior Engineer or Section Head, to manage and lead the Test Operation in the Reliability Lab and driving the team to achieve the department goals including On Time Delivery and JEDEC Testing Window compliance . He or She will be responsible to provide Engineering judgement & disposition on Test Engineering matters on Electrical testers ( Semiconductor Testers ) & Product Testing ( Semiconductor Components)

**Performance Objectives**

+ Manage and Lead Test Operation of Reliability Lab consisting of Operators & Technicians
+ Drive the team to meet On Time delivery of Material que for Electrical Test including JEDEC Test Window compliance
+ To provide Engineering Judgement & disposition on Test Engineering matters on Product & Testing
+ To work with BU Product and Test Eng including Lab Eng Operation on new ...
