As a **Seasonal Substitute Camp Counselor at Science Factory Camp** , you play an important role in keeping camp days running smoothly and positively. In this on-call role, you step in as needed to supervise campers ages 6–12, support hands‑on activities using prepared plans, and help maintain a safe, engaging camp environment. Each shift gives you the chance to bring your own energy, creativity, and leadership to support campers and staff.
