Robert Half is seeking a **Search Assistant** to support a dynamic, results-oriented, executive search/consulting team, specializing in Financial, IT/Technical, Legal and HR search assignments. This position is entry-level and will be located in .
**Specific Responsibilities:**
+ Support a focused team of busy Managing Directors and Associates.
+ Perform some office tasks including, but not limited to: arranging travel, maintaining MD and associates' calendars, managing incoming calls and mail flow, processing monthly expense reports, and assisting with office inventory and supply orders.
+ Hands-on involvement in Search processes (including candidate profiles, position profiles, standard engagement letters).
+ Interface with client and candidates to seamlessly develop and execute the search project's objectives....
