General Description and Goals:
The SEAD Instructional Program Developer will focus on enhancing teacher, paraprofessional, and school administration capacity to provide instruction that builds students' social-emotional skills and develops students' sense of engagement in and ownership of their learning. As a member of the Office of Health and Wellness, the SEAD Program Developer will also assist in system-wide supports, professional development and coaching for the BPS through coaching, professional development, and technical assistance, to ensure that all Bostonβs Public Schools learners succeed.
Reports to : Director of Social Emotional Learning and Instruction

Support principals and appropriate school-based teams in:
