Job Description
- Identify, contact, and evaluate potential subcontractors in assigned SEA markets across solar installation, cabling and onshore works, civil works, and interconnection facilities.
- Conduct vendor qualification assessments gathering company profiles, references, capability documentation, and pricing benchmarks.
- Maintain and update the subcontractor database for each assigned market.
- Attend government briefings, industry events, and public consultations in assigned markets to track policy developments and tender announcements.
- Map key government contacts and decision-makers relevant to utility solar development in each country.
- Prepare structured market intelligence reports covering policy updates, competitive activity, grid developments, and new opportunity signals.
