The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center (OCC). Specifically, the Operational Care Specialist is part of a team within the OCC, who are responsible for direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCL), proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, and interaction with our customer service colleagues.
