Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle export shipments & update system (CW1)
- Prepare & verify shipping docs (HBL, permits, DG)
- Coordinate bookings, shipments & stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with procedures & timelines
- Manage invoicing, billing & disputes
- Handle shipment issues, claims & follow-ups
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Changi South
- Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
- Up to $4400
- Min 1 year freight forwarding experience
- Knowledge in ocean export & documentation
- Good MS Office skills
