Job Description
We’re working with a fast-growing AI-native SaaS business that is looking to hire an SDR Team Lead to take ownership of their outbound function and help scale it properly.
You’ll be managing a small SDR team while also carrying your own contribution target. Roughly 70% leadership and coaching, 30% hands-on outbound activity.
The business is operating in a genuinely high-growth environment, with strong backing, ambitious growth plans, and a leadership team that moves quickly. They’re looking for someone commercially sharp, operationally strong, and comfortable building structure rather than inheriting a polished machine.
This role is based in Central London with 4 days per week in the office.
