We seek an experienced leader to build an SDR/BDR and ABM function at Pepper. You should bring a proven track record of success in generating pipelines, achieving sales targets, and experience in motivating teams through leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. You will stay aligned with marketing to follow up on lead-generation campaigns while consistently monitoring, tracking results, and driving team execution to meet sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee a team of sales development reps
• Recruit and hire A+ talent, while running a consistent, fair, and scalable process, and coach leaders on interview best practices
