About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SDA/DNAC Engineer to provide top-level support for complex global networks, with a primary focus on SDA/DNAC managed fabric sites. This role partners with engineering and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration into production environments and may engage in high-severity incidents beyond Tier 2 resolution. The scope includes data networks, wireless infrastructure, and multiple applications, requiring strong expertise in monitoring tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated operational issues from Tier 2 and provide documentation/training for future ownership.
• Ensure SLA commitments are met with accuracy and timeliness.
