We're looking for an Area Manager to join our Central Operations team supporting Same Day delivery across EU markets. You'll lead a team of Shift Managers and Schedulers, driving performance through data-driven decision-making while building scalable processes and systems that balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking. In this role, you'll monitor real-time operations across the EU network, facilitate network-wide DBRs, and dive deep into delivery performance trends to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
