The Scrum Master (RAK Digital) is accountable for establishing Agile development methodology and for improving the effectiveness of the Agile Team delivering RAK Digital product outcomes. The role is a servant‑leader and coach, responsible for ensuring that Agile development is understood and enacted correctly, that Agile events are purposeful and timeboxed, and that the team continuously improves its ability to deliver valuable, usable increments in a predictable cadence.

RAK Digital is a government‑wide digital services platform with a complex stakeholder environment, multi‑department dependencies, and a strong governance and assurance requirement.
