Job Description

RCG IT Philippines is in need of SCRUM MASTERS to be part of our growing team. We are looking for highly-skilled individuals who are amenable to work on night shift and Temporary Work From Home, Hybrid or RTO set-up. Our offices in the Philippines are located in Makati City and Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalentAt least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development teamStrong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals, management, engineering, project management, and technical staffStrong Agile values, principles and practicesAbility to coach the values and relations of Sprint Planning to Sprint Goal, and Sprint Goal to Objectives and Key Results (OKR's)Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks (JIRA, Confluence, MURAL)Kno...
