Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, production deployments, and documentation.
  • Coach the Scrum team on Agile best practices, principles, and the JIRA-centric software delivery process.
  • Act as a servant-leader by removing impediments that hinder the teams progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with product and program owners in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, defining business requirements, resolving issues, and communicating delivery roadmaps.
  • Monitor team performance and track sprint progress using JIRA and other Agile tools, providing transparency through dashboards and reports.
