The Scrum Master is responsible for leading the Agile process for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring predictable delivery of software releases within scope. This position is also responsible for the ongoing development of the team within the Agile framework and continuous improvement of development processes, product quality, and quantity of work delivered.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Β· Strongly serves and supports the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers.
Β· Provides all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile.
Β· Guides and coaches the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Β· Guides and coaches both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization in order to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum ...
