We are looking for a Scrum Master to join an international project in the banking sector, supporting Agile teams in their transition from classical delivery methodologies to Agile ways of working. Our customer is a leading private bank, committed to innovation and excellence in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding one or more Agile teams through their Agile transformation journey.
• Develop and continuously improve the team’s way of working across empowerment, transparency, collaboration and discipline.
• Facilitate and lead all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Scrums) and manage Agile artifacts.
• Support Product Owners in effective backlog and product management.
• Facilitate quarterly planning, organize team breakouts and plan the book of work (features) for upcoming quarters.
