• Supports the day to day activities of an Agile Crew by facilitating Scrum events (stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring they are productive, time boxed, and aligned to Agile@PNC practices.
• Partners with the Product Owner and Crew members to promote backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria, and shared understanding of sprint goals, value delivery, and Definition of Done.
