Description
Perform Scrum Master role for 1-2 Agile Delivery Teams aligning. Role will involve coaching two teams (5-8 on a team) to improve their agile efficiency and will host all agile ceremonies for the team. The Scrum Master will work with the team to allow for seamless interfacing with other delivery teams the enterprise.
5-7 years experience in a Scrum Master role. The role is a key resource on an Agile team that Facilitates and monitors the Scrum process from project initiation through delivery. The Scrum Master serves as a liaison between the product owners and development team to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and ensures a backlog is created and maintained.
Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint reviews, planning, and retrospectives
Prepare for all scrum events to help drive efficiency during the events
