Description
This role will support multiple Agile teams (2–3+) with a strong focus on release management, Jira governance, and cross-team coordination in a highly regulated banking environment.
This role requires strong experience driving Agile execution, enforcing Jira hygiene, coordinating releases, and ensuring alignment across development teams, business stakeholders, and release management functions, and supports the Simcorp and Corporate Accounting technolgy functions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple teams (2–3+), including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive Jira hygiene, backlog readiness, and capacity alignment
Manage and create dashboards and sprint reporting (bi-weekly summaries)
Partner with teams across SimCorp, Accounting Technology, and Risk and Regulatory systems
Support release planning and release management processes, including:
Coordinating change requests and approvals
