Deine Aufgaben
Kanban-Einführung & Systementwicklung
- Design, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kanban-Systemen auf Team- und Portfolioebene
- Definition und Steuerung von WIP-Limits (Work in Progress) sowie Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kanban-Boards (physisch & digital, z.B. Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro)
