**Job Description | Pay: $21/63 - $24.72/hour**

The Screen Prep Operator will be responsible for preparing screens and components for assembly and fabrication. This involves cutting materials to specified lengths using a bandsaw and tape measure, splitting and rolling them to meet required specifications. The operator will perform faceoff work by spinning the screen and grinding against it, and use a bridge saw to grind and deburr excess metal to achieve the final length and finish. This role is hands-on and physical, with duties potentially varying each day. The operator will support the daily functions of the shop and assist other departments as needed, performing visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
