What You’ll Do:

• Lead R&D projects for New Product Development (NPD), product improvement, and cost optimization in the Food & Health Care category.
• Independently manage product development projects, specializing in beverages, snacks, baked goods, and alternative food ingredients.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior scientists, sharing expertise in formulation and scientific rigor.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for cross-functional coordination and communication on assigned projects.
