Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Scientist I to join our Antibody Conjugation team on the 2nd shift in Carlsbad, CA. You will play a vital role in the production of fluorescent labeled bioconjugates, which are essential for cell signaling research initiatives.
Responsibilities

+ Perform conjugation of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.

+ Execute accurate and aseptic lab techniques, maintaining good documentation practices and adhering to good manufacturing practices.

+ Utilize general lab equipment such as centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and pipettes.

+ Conduct chromatography, buffer and reagent preparation, and use FPLC (AKTA) systems.

+ Initiate and manage Problem Reports for both planned and unplanned deviations and failures/nonconformities.

+ Act as an agent of change and provide leadership for peers.

+ Accurately document and complete all manufacturing batch records independently.
