How you will contribute:

Under the guidance and mentorship of your manager and experienced team members, you will:

  • Work on projects aligned with the Choco Bakery strategy, contribute on mass science projects, specification excellence governance, and digital tools.
  • Plan and conduct pilot plant trials for both I2M and non-I2M projects.
  • Carry out development activities including product shelf-life testing, organising and facilitating round table sessions, and preparing consumer tests.
  • Applying fundamental technical understanding and working with experts to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions.
