Science Technician

Permanent, Part Time – 15 hours per week. Term Time Only for 39 weeks per year; 38 weeks plus 5 INSETs.

Salary: Grade 4 – SCP 6 to SCP 7 £25,989 – £26,403 per annum pro rata. Actual Salary: £9,102 - £9,248 per annum.

Rugeley John Taylor School is an all-through school opening in September 2025, serving local communities. This new role will be part of the founding team to support lesson delivery and school operations.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with colleagues to optimise lessons for learning in a safe, clean, practical environment. You will order stock, maintain safety standards, undertake risk assessments and provide first aid.
