What you’ll be doing:

Deliver high-quality teaching and maximise pupil achievement
Support school science strategy, values, and policies
Lead and manage science staff and resources
Deliver a broad, engaging, and inclusive curriculum
Monitor and support pupil progress and attainment
Model excellent classroom practice
Provide clear assessment and feedback to pupils and parents
Promote a positive team culture and collaboration
Ensure effective communication with parents and staff
Manage budget, resources, and departmental development
What we’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A qualification in a science related subject
A qualification in SEND education is desirable
