• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions and support strategies
• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student engagement and confidence
• Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs)
• Supporting students in both academic and social development, helping them build essential life skills
• Providing pastoral care and emotional support, ensuring students feel safe and valued
• Supporting the class teacher with managing behaviour within the classroom
• Supporting on school trips, outreach days and life skills lessons
