Job Description
DescriptionEmployerLocationWork with the team to ensure smooth running of the office. Responsibility for office related documentation, including policies and procedures, ensuring these are maintained to a high standard and updated in line with operational and legislation requirements. Oversight of information and medicines kept for pupils with specific medical and dietary requirements and dissemination to all staff, together with trend analysis of first aid and medicine administration. Point of contact for the SLT for admin work required, and delegation as appropriate. Minute taking when required, including at school Health and Safety Committee meetings. Booking of training and courses.
Event administration, including Parentβs Evening.
Fire Warden duties including evacuation responsibilities.
