to join its professional support team from January 2026. This is a varied, people-focused role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a warm, confidential approach.
The Role
You’ll support day-to-day HR operations, working closely with the HR Manager and wider leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling recruitment administration, including adverts, shortlisting packs and interview coordination
- Managing staff onboarding, safer recruitment checks and personnel files
