Must have in-depth knowledge of teaching methods and also headed a school before.

Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Must have 4 or more years experience heading a school

Must have GES & Oxford Curriculum knowledge

Must be creative and innovative.

Must be able to take initiative, anticipate problems and find solutions.

Must be ready and willing to be trained.

Must have very good computer and organisational skills.
