This role requires collaboration with educators, parents, and school leadership to help students thrive both personally and academically.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, behavioral, academic, and social challenges.
Identify students' needs through observation, referrals, and assessments; develop intervention plans and track progress accordingly.
Support students in developing coping strategies, resilience, conflict resolution skills, and emotional regulation.
